With a wonderful cold front came a RAIN-FILLED day in Florida that wiped out both of the team's games against Methodist and Widener. While waiting for the first game to be eventually called off, the Engineers decided to occupy their time with something else: a game called "Ninja." If you are unfamiliar with such an activity, please click the video. ENJOY!

The rain won in the end

Unfortunately the weather beat us all today and the fields aren't going to be in good enough shape to play at all today.

Rainy Day of Play?!?

We are on the bus and headed to our games for the day and it looks like it's going to be a wet one, we are hopeful that the rain will pass quickly so we get on the field and win our games!!

Downtown Disney

Coach Shearer and I decided to take the girls to Downtown Disney to keep them from the monotony of the hotel rooms, we think they had a good time

We kind of went to Disney

It's our day off! We've always joked with coach about taking us to Disney World, and we finally got close this year! We are hanging out at Downtown Disney today. It's got Disney in the name...close enough, right?

Monday marked a great day to be an Engineer: Two wins, 17 hits, and plenty of reasons to celebrate. After beating Grove City 3-0 -- complete with a suicide squeeze play (helped by a perfect bunt by Jenna Martinek) and a strong outing in the circle by Marissa Stout -- the squad came out firing against Regis in the nightcap with 10 hits, including four extra-base knocks for a 7-1 win. Whitney Strain and Jessica Ahlborn blasted triples on the day and Carly Heibel's complete game picked up another Engineer win the circle. Rose-Hulman came to Florida to WIN.
